How does Insulcap work?
Insulcap products work by harnessing the power of the air by reflecting damaging and harmful solar rays.
Think of an Insulcap Pallet Insulator like a thermos for your products. Its insulation properties work equally well to keep cold products in a warm truck cold, or room temperature products in a refrigerated truck at room temperature. Now, thanks to Insulcap Pallet Insulator, you can ship products that require different temperatures side by side.

Independent Testing
- Independent testing has proven that Insulcap Pallet Insulator provides protection from even the most severe temperature fluctuations.
- On a shipment from Melbourne to Hong Kong, the temperature of a pallet protected by Insulcap Pallet Insulator did not rise above 32 degrees. An unprotected pallet on the same shipment was found to have heat spikes of over 54 degrees.
- In local testing, Insulcap Pallet Insulator has been proven to protect product during all phases of transport and reduce the need for temperature control, thereby reducing fuel costs
